REJNA Skin is a trading name of Rejuvenate Skin Ltd. Registered in England and Wales.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rejnaskin.com and your purchase of products from Rejna Skin. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Rejna Skin is a trading name of Rejuvenate Skin Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our products are manufactured in West Yorkshire, UK.

2. Our Products

We sell skincare products for topical external use only. All of our products are cosmetic products as defined under the UK Cosmetics Regulation (Schedule 34 of the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019). They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and packaging accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly as they appear in real life.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or reformulate any product at any time. Where a formulation change is material, we will update the relevant product page accordingly.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email when we receive your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is an error in pricing or product description.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your full card details.

If a pricing error occurs on our website, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price. We will contact you to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are in addition to dispatch time. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no delivery date is agreed, we must deliver within 30 days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once we receive full payment. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details of delivery options, costs, and timescales.

6. Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly in writing before the 14-day period expires. You may write to us at contact@rejnaskin.com.

Once you have cancelled, you must return the goods to us within 14 days at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

You cannot cancel an order for goods that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons, this includes opened skincare products. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on opened products returned outside of a valid complaint.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you have the following rights:

• Within 30 days of purchase: a full refund.
• Between 30 days and 6 months: repair, replacement, or, if repair or replacement is not possible, a refund.

Please contact us at contact@rejnaskin.com with your order number as soon as possible, a description of the issue, and photographs.

8. Skincare Advice and Patch Testing

All skincare products carry the risk of individual skin reactions. We strongly recommend that you perform a patch test before first use of any REJNA product: apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before applying to the face.

Nothing on our website constitutes medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products. Full ingredient lists are displayed on each product page and on product packaging.

REJNA Skin is not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to follow usage instructions, failure to perform a patch test, use of products in conjunction with prescription treatments without medical advice, or use by individuals with known allergies to any listed ingredient.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on rejnaskin.com, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and brand assets, is the property of Rejuvenate Skin Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, publish, and adapt that content for marketing and commercial purposes, including on social media and in advertising materials. You confirm that any content you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any review or user content that is offensive, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
